Ricky came out and was friendly and respectful. He explained what he was going to do and showed me places around my yard and house that he was treating specifically so there wouldn't be any issues. He looked around my yard for other potential issues without me needing to ask, and sprayed for carpenter ants that he saw around my trees. He reminded me multiple times to call in a few days if the issue was not taken care of. I felt like he was considerate of my time and needs, and was welcoming of any questions I had. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. We requested service from D.M. Pest control due to a surge of bugs we noticed when we moved into our house. After their magic we noticed a sharp decline in the number of bugs. Both times they were accommodating with organic options which is great since we have cats. It was simple. Call, schedule a visit, good communication and professional service. He also explained in details how safe their solution is for kids and pets. Payment was also a quick online payment. he texted me the link after the visit and offered to get it directly from the landlord.
